Input needed for dementia-friendly initiative

Submitted by Anna Biggins

Dementia Friendly Manhattan is a Flint Hills Wellness Coalition initiative working toward making our community a more supportive, inclusive and engaging place for people living with dementia and their care partners.

The initiative has support from a cross-sector team, which includes the K-State Center on Aging, that is committed to improving the quality of life for people living with dementia and their care partners while also raising awareness of dementia through education.

Please take about 15 minutes to help us learn more about the strengths and gaps in our community's dementia-friendliness by completing the online survey

Learn more about dementia-friendly communities.
