Lafene Health Center annual emergency light test

Submitted by James Seymour

Annual emergency light testing will take place from 4-7 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, at the Lafene Health Center building.

The test will consist of turning off breakers for circuits that provide power to emergency lighting fixtures. The entire building will not lose power, only specific circuits will be affected. Any electrical devices on these circuits will lose power during the test. The test is scheduled to run from 4-7 a.m. to minimize disruption for building users. Normal power should be restored no later than 7 a.m.
