K-State Innovation Partners recognizes 2019-2020 K-State inventors, plant breeders

Submitted by Stephanie Pierce

The Office of the Vice President for Research and K-State Innovation Partners are honoring K-State inventors and plant breeders who were issued patents or plant variety protection, or PVP, certificates in the past two years.

A reception to recognize each inventor or plant breeder with plaques and certificates is typically held each spring, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the spring 2020 event was canceled. While there will not be an in-person reception this spring, Innovation Partners is recognizing the hard work and innovation of K-State's faculty and staff.

Over the next two weeks — May 3-14 — Innovation Partners will showcase faculty and staff inventors who received new patents or PVP certificates in 2019 and 2020. Please help congratulate our inventors and breeders and share the posts with others. Follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn to help celebrate innovation at K-State.
