Run Fasta Eat Pasta virtual 5K
The WellCAT Ambassadors will host the fourth annual Run Fasta Eat Pasta 5K run and walk on April 10-11. This year’s event will be virtual.
Participants will have two days to complete their 5K — 3.1 miles — on their own, or in a small, socially distanced group outdoors. Run or walk — it is entirely up to you. If the weather is poor, please feel free to complete your race indoors on a treadmill or at your gym.
An important part of this virtual 5K is submitting your time so that you can see how you rank, much like a traditional road race. Participants must complete a 5K on April 10 or by the 5 p.m. deadline on April 11, and submit results using one of the options below.
- Option 1: Connect with WellCAT Ambassadors on Strava and share your run.
- Option 2: Submit a screenshot of your route/results to wellcat@k-state.edu.
Final results will be available on April 12.
Registration is $11. Register for the 5K online. Register on or before 5 p.m. March 26 to receive a race T-shirt. A drive-thru will be offered for T-shirt pickup at Lafene Health Center's circle drive from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, at 1105 Sunset Ave.
