If you are between 18-65 years of age and work or live in Riley County, please consider supporting graduate student's research by taking a short survey. The survey is in cooperation with the Riley County Health Department to promote the COVID-19 vaccinations.

This study is part of a graduate project. It is a survey of the Riley County community residents and will investigate their perceptions about COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines, and their attitudes toward vaccination in general, and their intention to get vaccinated when it's available to the general public. The results from this study will inform us about the issue in our community so that we can design a health campaign to promote COVID-19 vaccinations.

Please consider supporting our research. We understand that this topic may be sensitive, but the survey is completely anonymous, and personal information that could identify you will not be asked or recorded. This research study has received approval from the K-State Institution Review Board, IRB No. 10519.
