Strengths workshop for students and organizations tomorrow

Submitted by Center for Student Involvement

Join the Center for Student Involvement as we host Mike Finnegan, assistant professor in the Staley School of Leadership Studies, for a one-hour workshop on understanding and leveraging your strengths tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 27.

Understanding your strengths can help you gain confidence in who you are and how you can contribute to the world. In this workshop, we will take a look at the CliftonStrengths program and participate in activities to help you learn how to leverage your strengths individually and in groups. Topics will include:

  • Identifying and understanding your strengths.
  • Leveraging your strengths to make progress on issues you care about.
  • Making your strengths actionable.
  • Resources available through the K-State Strengths initiative.

Tomorrow's Strengths workshop will take place from 4-5 p.m. via Zoom.

Full event details can be found on the Resources for Student Organizations event page in OrgCentral. Please sign in with your K-State eID. Your RSVP is appreciated. All students and student organization advisors are welcome to attend.

Please contact Sara Heiman in the Center for Student Involvement at sjheiman@k-state.edu if you have any questions.
