  1. What is KSIS?

    KSIS is Kansas State University's student information system. The system manages all aspects of the enrollment and maintenance of undergraduate and graduate students, from applying and enrolling in classes, to accessing grades and paying for tuition.

  2. Is training offered to students on how to use KSIS?

    Online help information and instructions are available on the KSIS website.

  3. Is KSIS Help accessible while signed into KSIS?

    KSIS Help is available from both the KSIS sign-in page as well as within the application. KSIS Help opens in a new window, so the current active session of KSIS will not end when navigating to the help section.

  4. Will KSIS sign me out if I am inactive?

    KSIS is set to sign students out after 10 minutes of inactivity. However, for security purposes, it is always important to sign yourself out by clicking the "sign out" link at the top of the page.

  5. How do I purchase athletic tickets, parking permits, etc.?

    The MarketPlace is accessible from within KSIS.

  6. How do I change my address?
