Advisee Screen Common Area
The Advisee Screen Common Area appears just below the top navigation bar.
At the top of the common area is the advisee's:
- name
- email address (click this link to email the advisee from within KSIS)
- a button to add an Advising Note (future enhancement)
- a button to run a DARS report on the advisee immediately
- a pull-down menu that allows changing to another advisee in the advisee list
Beneath this row is a section titled Student Information. It contains a snapshot of the advisee's information at a glance and appears on each of the advisee informations screens.
This information includes the advisee's:
- photo
- ID
- WID
- Level
- Primary program
- Primary plan
- Primary subplan
- Multiple plans (if Y for yes, select to see all the active plans for an advisee)
- Undergraduate status
- Graduate status
- Last enrolled date
- Future enrolled date (next fall or spring semester enrolled, will display summer semester if enrolled and not enrolled for the fall semester)
- KSU Hours
- KSU GPA
- First Semester status
- Academic Standing
- Holds status
- Military status
- Athlete status
- First Generation status
- FERPA Hold status
- Transfer status - A student who takes transfer hours after their high school graduation date and before they come to K-State, except for the hours in the summer between high school graduation and the first fall semester after high school graduation.
- ACT or SAT scores
- ACT scores are shown if they exist
- SAT scores are shown if ACT scores do not exist and SAT scores exist
- No data available if ACT and SAT scores do not exist
- Math Placement Scores
- If these are blank, no data exists.
The Student Information section is collapsible. Select the arrow next to Student Information to collapse this section. Select the arrow a second time to expand the section, displaying the information.
