A person must be invited to become a Designee by a student. The process is initiated in KSIS by the student and continued by the potential Designee. For more information on the process, go to the Step By Step Instructions for Designees.
To access your student's information, log into KSIS and follow the directions in the Access Student Records page.
My eID is not working, who do I contact?
If your eID is not letting you log into KSIS, first contact your student to verify that they have confirmed your access as a Designee. If the account has been confirmed, then contact the IT Help Desk at 785-532-7722 or helpdesk@ksu.edu for further assistance.
My student has confirmed the account, but I still cannot pay the bill through KSIS.
