Kansas State University has been continuously accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1916. The university participates through the Open Pathway reaffirmation of accreditation process.
Kansas State University has undergone the Year 4 Assurance Review of the Open Pathway in June 2026. This is a component of comprehensive evaluations and a stand-alone review which demonstrates that Kansas State University has met the Criteria for Accreditation and other requirements.
