Doing Business on Campus

University departments and department sponsored organizations, or DSOs, can accept credit card payments several different ways.

 For Departments & DSOs

  • Credit card terminals
Credit card terminals are used to process transactions in-person, over the phone or by mail. A dedicated phone line is required.
  • CashNet storefronts and checkout

An online storefront allows users to select items they want to purchase and pay for them via card or ACH. The checkout option can be used when a website is already in place but a method to process payments is needed.

  • CloverGo
CloverGo is a mobile credit card terminal that connects to a phone or tablet via Bluetooth in order to process payments.
  • 3rd party vendor
A 3rd party vendor may be considered if other solutions do not meet your needs. IT Security and Treasure Management approval is required.

If you are interested in being able to take payments via credit card or have questions about the options above, email treasurymgmt@ksu.edu for assistance.
