Kansas State University builds economic growth in all 105 counties of Kansas. We build and support strategic partnerships with stakeholders across communities, government and educational sectors. We work universitywide — with K-State Extension as a key partner — to connect people, ideas and institutions with K-State assets to drive community and economic development.

Innovation and Economic Prosperity designation

K-State has been named an Innovation and Economic Prosperity University from the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities, or APLU. K-State has received this designation for its dedication to innovation, economic development and community engagement.
