Workshops

CAPS is offering workshops that teach skills related to stress management, getting better at relationships, managing difficult thoughts and emotions, mindfulness, and more. To sign up for the workshop, go to your myLAFENE+ portal and select the "Workshops" tab on the left. All workshops are also available asynchronously. For more information or to have an asynchronous workshop added to your Canvas page, please call us at 785-532-6927.

*Please note, that when you sign up through the portal for a workshop, you are agreeing to attend the meetings since these are scheduled appointments. If you no-show or do not contact the department to cancel more than 24-hours in advance of the meeting, you will incur a $25 fee to your CAPS account.*
