I like to focus on how students build knowledge actively rather than just receiving information and using hands-on problem solving and open-ended questions.

Why do you find the work you do important?
I love to see how the children grow, mature, and change even at a young age. Teaching the children to speak for themselves and use their words makes all the difference.
