What do you want people to know about your teaching philosophy?
My philosophy centers on creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children. I am passionate about building strong relationships with families based on trust and collaboration. I believe that by approaching each child with kindness, respect, compassion, and embracing diversity we can provide a stable foundation for children to learn and grow.
Why do you find the work you do important?
I find it is important because providing an environment that supports children's emotional, social, and intellectual growth lays the foundation for healthy self-esteem, lifelong learning and a sense of belonging. I am confident that honoring each child's unique needs and fostering strong relationships with families can make for a more successful future.
Anything else you'd like to share?
As a lifelong learner myself, I enjoy getting to know the people around me whom I can continue to learn and grow from their personal experiences and knowledge. Sometimes, I even think I'm funny!
