Share Assessment Materials with Another Instructor

To share assessment materials (outcomes, rubrics, question banks, etc.) with another instructor, you must first add the instructor to your course as a Teacher. Then, the other instructor will need to copy or import the assessment materials into his or her own course. If assessment materials need to be shared by multiple faculty members in a program, please contact the Office of Assessment for assistance.

3. Type the email address of the other instructor

4. Select the Teacher role from the drop-down box

5. Click Next

6. Verify the name and email address of the instructor, then click Add Users

8. The instructor can then copy assessment materials from the course or import them to another course
