Kansas State University has been continuously accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools since 1916. The university participates through the Open Pathway reaffirmation of accreditation process.
Kansas State University will go through the Year 4 Assurance Review of the Open Pathway in June, 2026. This is a component of comprehensive evaluations and a stand-alone review demonstrating that Kansas State University meets the Criteria for Accreditation and other requirements.
