Orientation Sponsorship

The New Student Orientation Programming at K-State is launching this new program to support the transition, engagement, and retention of new undergraduate students and their families into the intellectual, cultural, and social environment at Kansas State University. In previous years, we welcomed over 4,000 incoming students and their family members and supporters. For many, Orientation marks their first experience on campus and in Manhattan. Through your collaboration, we aim to introduce students to their new home and the surrounding community in an impactful way.

Partnering with New Student Orientation provides businesses with an invaluable opportunity to establish an early connection with the next generation of K-State students. As these new Wildcats begin their academic journey, they are also preparing for their future careers. By featuring your business name and brand in the orientation experience, you position yourself as a prominent resource for these students as they seek employment, internships, and community involvement opportunities. This connection creates a lasting impression and fosters future relationships between students, local businesses, and corporate partners.

Note: If you wish to conduct an in-kind trade with our office, you will notate this in your partnership registration. We must receive an exact monetary amount of the trade in order to determine our remaining balance. A final invoice will be sent once the trade is completed, and any remaining payment will be due 30 days from the service.
