| January 2-5 | Arrival week
Latest arrival date is January 5th. You should arrive on or prior to this date so you have time to get settled before orientation begins. Please schedule your flight to arrive at the Manhattan Regional Airport between January 2 and January 5, 2024. During that time, Kansas State University will provide transportation from the Manhattan Airport to the K-State Manhattan campus for all new international students arriving during those days. Shuttle details and sign-up will be emailed to students with issued visas. Early arrival HousingHousing opens for international students early since you are required to arrive for new student orientation. Resident halls officially open on the 8th, however you will be required to coordinate early arrival housing. This will have an additional fee associated with it. Please visit the Housing and Dining website for more details. As soon as you arrive on campus, you must report your arrival online with International Student and Scholar Services by completing the online Check-In survey and uploading the requested documents. |

New International Student Orientation Orientation begins on January 8. Check out the schedule online to view the full week of sessions and social events! If you did not enroll for classes prior to arrival, you should connect with the Office of Recruitment and Admissions via phone or email 785-532-1521 or events@ksu.edu no later than Friday, January 12, 2024. |
