Deferred Maintenance

Deferred Maintenance Project

  • Deferred maintenance refers to the backlog of past due maintenance and renewal needs for building systems and components.
  • In alignment with the deferred maintenance proposal process but made possible by the Next-Gen K-State strategic plan funds, the university will provide up to $500,000 in matching dollars for successful proposals to improve core/shared use research space, upgrading fixed equipment and/or systems within university laboratory spaces.
