Implementation Working Groups
As we work to advance the Compensation Study initiative forward in line with our multi-year timeline, we have established three working groups to support Phase I implementation efforts. These working groups drive the work forward and advance any necessary recommendations to the Compensation Executive Leadership Team for final decisions.
We also continue to leverage a previously established HR Manager Collaboration Group, ensuring operational awareness as we move toward Phase I launch.

Discovery Phase Steering Committees
During the Compensation Study Initiative's initial planning and discovery phase, three steering committees were created to advance recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
