Implementation Phase I: Framework Design and Market Alignment Activation

Finalize the institutional compensation framework and prepare it for enterprise implementation. Leverage a comprehensive consultation, training, education and communications plan with VPs, deans, department heads, supervisors, budget fiscal officers, HR liaisons and the workforce at large.
Initial below-market adjustments expected to be implemented by end of calendar year 2026.
