Housing Check-In

Before you arrive in Manhattan, you should arrange a time to check into your on-campus housing. You can set up a time to check-in to yourmoore housing using this link: https://apps2.housing.k-state.edu/checkin/. For those coming on the free airport shuttle, you will be taken directly to your housing to check-in when you arrive.

If you will be living off-campus, you must make arrangements with your landlord regarding a meeting time and location.

Immigration Check-In

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations require that you complete an online check in with International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) upon your arrival to Kansas State University. In order to complete your check-in, you will need to have the following documents;

  • Passport with your Port of Entry stamp
  • I-94 Form (card or electronic print-out from cbp.gov/i94)
  • I-20 or DS-2019 Form
  • Your U.S. address for your time at K-State

International Student Orientation

During the International Student Orientation, you will be given valuable information regarding immigration regulations, special information isssfor exchange students, as well as the various student services available at Kansas State University and the International Student and Scholar Services office.

Exchange students will have an additional orientation session during the week. This exchange student session is mandatory. Please check the orientation schedule for the date, time and location of this session.
