Prospective leaders who are interested in proposing a future faculty led education abroad program can apply for the Site Exploration Travel Grant. This grant provides partial funding to conduct an on-the-ground planning visit to a potential host location prior to formally proposing a short-term faculty-led education abroad program. The grant is intended to help leaders confirm the academic, logistical, financial, and risk viability of a program location. The grant is especially intended for first-time faculty leaders who have never led a program abroad. Recipients of the grant are expected to submit a proposal for a faculty led education abroad program within two years of the site visit.
