Required Forms

Please read through the following guidelines and forms carefully before entering the competition. This will answer most of the questions you may have regarding rules, video format, delivery, etc. You will be required to turn in the official "Team Registration Form" at the kick-off event.

When you submit your film you will have to present the signed "Official Entry Form" along with talent and location forms.
