Favorite K-State place to hangout/study
When it's nice outside there's lots of outside space on campus to sit on benches or the grass to study notes.  The Union can be a fun place to hangout (bowling and pool)

Best advice for new transfer students
1. Don't over load yourself
2. The campus seems big but once you get used to it, it isn't bad at all
3. Remember to always bring your K-State I.D. to your big lectures (you might need it for attendance/pop quizzes, and definitely tests!)

Why you picked K-State
I chose K-State because I can be home again.  The campus is close to where I live, and I grew up around it.  I think at some point I was bound to end up here!

"As a new student, I wish I had known..." to relax; moving to a new big campus can seem daunting.  If you don't know where you're going, ask someone.  Also, get to campus early for better parking.
