Instructor Position 2014-2015
Instructor of Cultural Anthropology. KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY, Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Social Work invites applications for a nine-month term appointment (sabbatical replacement) as Instructor of Cultural Anthropology to begin August 2014 in Manhattan. Teaching responsibilities include two courses in the Fall and three in the Spring, including a large introduction to cultural anthropology course (200-400 students) each semester and upper-level topics courses of your choosing. PhD in Anthropology preferred, ABD considered. Importantly, the successful candidate will be dedicated to high-quality undergraduate education and have a proven record or demonstrable potential of excellent teaching.
