The International Meat and Livestock Program

The International Meat and Livestock Program was established in 1985 and is a component of the department of animal sciences and industry at Kansas State University. The goal of the program is to expose international clientele to Kansas livestock experts and to promote Kansas livestock and livestock products.

The program designs courses, tours, workshops and seminars that focus on various phases of livestock management, development, meat processing, sanitation, products and markets. Programs can be developed for use throughout Kansas or other countries.
