Network Access Control

As a K-State student living in a residence hall or the Jardine Apartments you will need to have the Impulse SafeConnect policy key installed on their Windows or Macintosh computer. This key will allow you to access the K-State wired or wireless network. This also ensures that your computer is more secure by meeting the minimum requirements for network access at K-State.

The policy key will install automatically when you connect your computer in the residence halls or Jardine Apartments but if you want to install it before coming to campus you can get it here:

(Note: The policy key will remain dormant and inactive until you actually connect to the K-State network in the residence halls.)
