Workshops for Facilitators

The influence of facilitation on the conduct and outcome of public forums is so significant that training, practice and assessment for facilitators is a priority of ICDD.

The institute offers annual workshops in forum facilitation and targeted training events as requested by community organizations and associations.

During the summer of 2017, ICDD is offering an informal series of facilitator "workout" sessions (see Events), based on specific models of public conversation.  They are non-credit and free, but pre-registration and a small amount of advance reading with online response is required.
