K-State's ESRI 9.2 Software Installation Site

This is a K-State website for the instructions to access and install ESRI ArcGIS 9.2 software programs.

Because of the new way the ESRI ArcGIS 9.2 software is packaged, the installation files are too large to easily download and install. You will need to connect to the ESRI ArcGIS 9.2 Installation Site with the Windows "Map Network Drive" option and install the software from the server.

The ArcView 9.2 and ArcEditor 9.2 programs will require a registation code to make the program functional. The Desktop 9.2 and Workstation 9.2 programs require a hardware key and code file. When installing the Workstation software, you must install the Desktop software first, then install the Workstation software!

Send e-mail to the ESRI Site License Coordinator to request the current username and password access information, hardware key code files, and/or registration codes.

Programs and information currently available on the ArcGIS 9.2 web site are:

  • ArcView 9.2
