Quick Summary
spacerAn adventurous race of camels on a game board that changes. Four traders and their caravans are on the way to the market of Marrakesh. Move your camels by drawing tiles from a bag. Sandstorms can change the board layout as "slices" of the board are removed from the end and placed at the beginning. Camels that arrive at the market can choose the most valuable items.
Players have to make a fundamental strategic decision. Rush ahead with one camel (and risk losing them to sandstorms) or bring each of them along at about the same time. The gameboard and pieces are attractive and well-constructed that is typical of Haba games. The game involves some tension with the erosion of the playing field, but conflict between players is minimal.
