Blue Arrow Juncus, Juncus Inflexus

Example of Blue Arrow Juncus

Full Sun, Cool-season

A very nice-shaped, spiky grass with a slight blue tint in the foliage. As seen in the picture, it stayed slightly evergreen over the 07/08 winter. Grows in both wet and dry areas – Juncus are very adaptable plants.

Good survival over the winter, and they did not get trimmed back in the early spring. Some plants that are closer to the building are much larger than the ones in the trial, so there is some variation in growth depending on the amount of care (water) they receive.
