Fescue, Festuca Glauca 'Elijah's Blue'

This is a soft, blue-tinted, mounding grass with a small form. It did not flourish the first year, though it looks better in the spring and fall than during the hot parts of summer.
Not much changed in the second year. The plants filled out a bit, but they are not vigorous growers.
