Ashvani Singh to present Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics Seminar

Ashvani Singh, senior principal research scientist at AbbVie, Inc., will be the featured speaker for this week's Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics Seminar. Singh will present "Treatments for Cystic Fibrosis Disease — Past, Present and Future" at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, in 120 Ackert Hall.
Singh will speak on the historical aspect of CFTR modulators that have been developed for the treatment of cystic fibrosis disease. The attempt is to present this complicated and difficult task in the form of storytelling — highly simplified.
