Reminder to register for Summer Academic Advising Institute

The annual K-State/NACADA Academic Advising Summer Institute is scheduled from 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 18. Sessions will be offered in person with some hybrid options.
The institute will include just-in-time information about New Student Orientation, the new K-State Core and changes to financial aid. There will be breakout sessions on accelerated degree programs, supporting students in crisis, understanding empathy and boundaries, Air Force ROTC, and creative advising strategies, among other topics. Lunch is provided for those attending in person. Please register before May 10.
