Submitted by Timothy Tucker

Registration for Hack K-State, K-State's annual hackathon, coding and invention competition, is open.

Hack K-State will take place Nov. 11-13 in the College of Business Building and no prior programming experience is needed. Hack K-State is an event where the best ideas and inventions are the keys to success, so bring your knowledge and skills to this low-stakes environment and create the best project you can during this weekend full of fun. Free food, swag and housing will be provided throughout the weekend.

Registration is open to all high school and college students. The priority deadline for getting a T-shirt in your size and food vouchers is Friday, Oct. 28, so be sure to lock in your spot early at hackkstate.tech

Hack K-State is sponsored by the computer science department's Association for Computing Machinery, a registered departmental student organization.
