Undergraduates: Complete the Internship and Advising Survey to enroll for spring

Before enrolling for the spring semester, undergraduate students are required to complete the internship and advising survey. The survey collects information about student internships and feedback on their academic advising experience. The data collected improves our understanding of the important learning experiences students are having with internships and offers advisors feedback on their performance.

To complete the survey:

1. Meet with your academic advisor about enrollment for the spring semester.
2. Take the survey any time prior to enrolling using the link in the hold in KSIS — see step-by-step instructions. The survey hold will prevent you from enrolling in spring classes until the survey is completed.
3. Instructions in the survey will guide you through completion. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
4. After you complete the survey, the hold will be removed automatically. Please allow 10 minutes for this process.

Advisors will have access to statistics on each item in their individual evaluations and all written comments verbatim. Reports of results will not contain information that identifies any individual student responses.
