The Basic Language Training program is now accepting applications for fall 2022 instructors.

The program, housed in International Student and Scholar Services, is a series of noncredit language courses that are offered during the fall and spring semesters. Classes are taught by K-State students who are native speakers. The international student instructors teach the basics of their languages while exploring the cultures and history of their home countries. The classes take place over the course of eight weeks and meet two times a week.

Interested F-1 students should complete the application and review the Basic Language Training program information on its website.

Applications are due Sunday, May 1, and interviews will be May 5, 6, 9 and 10.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to ask interested students to apply.
