Consent agenda

K-State received approval to amend the fiscal year 2023 capital improvement project plan and accept the program statement for the Mosier Hall consolidated biomedical core facility research suite.

The board approved K-State's request to accept ownership of an 80-acre tract of pastureland near Colbert Hills in Riley County from the KSU Foundation.

The Regents updated the Security Executive Committee to replace Peter Dorhout with David Rosowsky, K-State's new vice president for research.

Discussion agenda

The board approved K-State's request to amend the fiscal year 2023 capital improvement project plan and accepted the program statement for the West Memorial Stadium band hall.

The Regents approved the proposed scope of work for the Student Health-care Task Force.

State universities submitted fiscal year 2023 housing and food service rates for first reading. The board will take final action in December and approved rates will go into effect on July 1, 2022.

The Regents received the first reading of nonbudgetary legislative proposals. K-State seeks approval to sell property in Riley County and Cherokee County, Kansas; and Douglas County, Nebraska.

K-State received approval to name the new volleyball arena the Morgan Family Arena for alumni Ward and Brenda Morgan, their children and grandchildren.
