Safe Zone to host Advanced Workshops this week

Safe Zone, in the Department of Diversity and Multicultural Student Affairs, invites you to participate in one or both Safe Zone Advanced Workshops this week.

The first workshop will take place from 3-4:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, and is titled "Indigenous Voices: Telling Our Own Stories." Register here.

The second workshop will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 17, and is titled "Self Care." Register for this workshop. Register here. Synopsis: In this workshop, we will explore the importance of addressing mental health by recognizing the true scope and benefits of implementing self-care practices. Our goal will be to address potential strategies available to you that can be incorporated in both your personal and professional settings.
