Undergraduate Mathematics Seminar: 'My Career at Cerner as a Scrum Master'

Submitted by John Maginnis

Hannah Morray with Cerner Corporation will present "My Career at Cerner as a Scrum Master" for the Undergraduate Mathematics Seminar from 1:30-2:20 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, in 122 Cardwell Hall.

Abstract: I have worked as a project manager my entire career at Cerner. Cerner practices the agile development methodology for project planning and I will do an overview of what that entails. I will also do a briefing on the projects my team is developing around provisioning, authorization and authentication.

I majored in mathematics and Spanish at K-State and graduated in 2012. Following graduation, I started my career at Cerner Corporation where I have been working for more than seven years as a project manager. During my career at Cerner, I attended the University of Kansas to get my Master of Business Administration and graduated with that in 2016. I also got my project management professional certificate in fall 2018.
