Complete a brief survey about how COVID-19 has impacted your behaviors
Miriam Avila, a Master of Public Health student, is conducting survey research for her thesis project to learn more about students' physical activity behavior and the challenges they are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She wants to hear from lots of students in different majors across campus. If you complete the survey by Oct. 4, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of 10 $20 gift cards.
