Try a free Zoom class with K-State CrossFit
K-State CrossFit invites individuals to try a free Zoom class at noon CST on Friday, April 24.
Participants must register in advance and sign a waiver of liability electronically. The free class will be capped at 30 individuals. The class gives individuals new to CrossFit a taste of what our online classes would look like. After this class, membership options for continuing will be discussed.
