Still time to register for Kansas Association of Historians annual conference

Submitted by Melissa Janulis

The history department will host the 2019 Kansas Association of Historians annual conference March 29-30 at the K-State Alumni Center and in Calvin Hall.

The conference includes 25 panel sessions that encompass various themes in history, as well as tours of campus and exhibitions at the Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art on Friday afternoon, a buffet dinner on Friday evening at the Flint Hills Discovery Center, a van or guided hiking tour of the beautiful Konza Prairie on Saturday after a luncheon.

The Saturday luncheon is full, but there is still time to register to attend the conference. You can register and pay online. Click on "2019 KAH Conference" and put in your information, then click "Add to Basket" to put in your credit/debit card information. Please keep in mind that registration for the general public is $55 and for students it is $45.
