David Sedaris bringing sardonic wit and incisive social critiques to McCain Performance Series

Enjoy an evening with a master of satire, David Sedaris, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 26, in Kansas State University's McCain Auditorium.

A best-selling humor writer, Sedaris is known for slicing through cultural euphemisms and political correctness. His work has appeared in The New Yorker and his books include "Let's Explore Diabetes with Owls," "Barrel Fever" and "Holidays on Ice," as well as his collections of personal essays, "Naked," "Me Talk Pretty One Day," "Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim" and "When You Are Engulfed in Flames."

Tickets for this McCain Performance Series presentation are available at the McCain Auditorium box office, online at k-state.edu/mccain, or by calling 785-532-6428. Tickets for Kansas State University students and kids 18 and under are half-price. Other discounts are available for seniors, military, university faculty and staff, and for groups of 10 or more.
