Stressing over finals? De-stress with noontime yoga

Submitted by Crystal Strauss

Noontime yoga is a free program that provides an outlet for students, staff, faculty and community members to practice yoga together in a friendly, noncompetitive environment.

The group meets from 12:05-12:50 p.m. Monday through Friday in 301 Ahearn Field House. Noontime yoga is sponsored by Nonviolence Studies and Programs.

Bring a mat if you have one; loaner mats are available, and wear comfortable clothing.

All of the classes offered with noontime yoga are for all levels. You are encouraged to listen to your body and modify poses as necessary.

There are no requirements to attend. Just show up when you can, even if you have to be a little late or need to leave a little early. Please enter/exit quietly so you don't disturb the rest of the class.

Sign up for the group email list and receive information about cancellations and upcoming events, or join the K-State Noontime Yoga Facebook group.
