Are you looking for something rewarding that will set you apart from other students in your field? We have the answer!

Powercat Financial Student Advisory Board: Apply for Student Advisory Board if you are interested in helping guide and promote the development of K-State's financial information center, Powercat Financial. Applications are due March 3.

Powercat Financial is looking for a diverse selection of students from every facet of the K-State community to add depth and broader support their overall mission of increasing the financial education and wellness of K-State students. If you want hands-on experience in unique areas such as event planning, marketing, public speaking, advertising, personal financial education delivery or social media management this is the opportunity you've been looking for. The Student Advisory Board will have meetings semimonthly beginning in fall 2017.

Powercat Financial peer financial counselor: If you are a student studying in a financial program such as personal financial planning, business, finance, accounting, economics, or agricultural business/economics looking for an exciting on-campus internship, apply online by March 3 to become a peer financial counselor for the 2017-2018 academic year. This is a pre-professional service-learning internship where students provide individual financial counseling and financial presentations to fellow students after extensive training during the fall semester. This position requires approximately 4-8 hours of commitment per week.
