Annual performance reviews for USS due by Jan. 31, 2017

The Kansas State University performance management process requires that all university support staff, or USS, employees receive an annual review between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31. It is now time for supervisors to prepare the annual review form, assign an overall rating, obtain proper signatures and schedule a meeting with the employee(s) being reviewed. All USS employees, except for those currently on probation, must have an annual review submitted to Human Capital Services no later than Jan. 31, 2017.
