Deadline extended for graduate student Research and the State registration

Submitted by Kelsey Peterson

The Graduate Student Council's Research and the State poster competition has extended the deadline for graduate students to submit abstracts of their research and register to 11:59 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30. The competition will be Nov. 2 in the K-State Student Union's courtyard.

All graduate students are invited to participate in this campuswide poster competition. Graduate students will present posters of their research or scholarly work. The top 10 presenters are selected to represent K-State at the annual Capitol Graduate Research Summit in spring 2017 at the Capitol Building, where graduate students present their posters and discuss the implications their work has on issues in the state of Kansas.

To learn more about the poster competition and to submit your abstract, please visit the Graduate Student Council website.

Questions about the Research and the State poster competition can be directed to the Graduate Student Council at egsc@k-state.edu.
